13:45 Gather at the Teacher’s salon (Front of school office),
2nd Floor, Rikagaku Building, Doshisha University Kyotanabe Campus.
Orientation (Self-introductions, etc.)
19:00 Disbandment at Doshisha University Kyotanabe Campus.
Fee：free!! （Unlimited drinks and BBQ is included）
All students in faculty of science and engineering are welcome to apply. The staff and alumni will also attend. It’s a good chance to network!
